CERTIFICATION SOA OG 1

The SOA Certification is the mandatory certification for participation in public procurement tenders for the execution of public works contracts, i.e., a document necessary and sufficient to prove, during the tender process, the company's ability to carry out, directly or through subcontracting, public works with a bid amount exceeding €150,000.00; it certifies and guarantees that the construction company possesses all the requirements established by the current regulations in the field of Public Works Contracts.
